We design and deliver workshops with purpose.
At their heart, the sessions are team building experiences. We want people to have fun, laugh and let go a little. But rather than having fun while playing mini-golf, they’re having fun while learning new, incredibly useful skills.
Our workshops are focussed on specific themes - Creativity, Curiosity and Adaptive Collaboration - skills we believe are critical to the future of work.
A typical session will involve spending time to explore the specific topic in-depth - sharing practical frameworks that essentially offer a step by step guide on how to apply these in your day-to-day work.
Participants will then complete a series of fun, engaging challenges that bring these steps to life. The challenges are designed to push people to think creatively, and an element of competition adds to the fun and encourages lateral thinking.
The workshops are a blend of fun, theory and getting stuck in.
