Registered RGN, RMN or RNLD Nurse Required
One of the leading Healthcare Services is currently seeking a Registered General, Mental or Learning Disabilities Nurse to join one of their pristine Care Centres that is located in Nottingham. Preceptorship Nurses are encouraged to apply.
The Centre specialises in treating service users who have acquired or traumatic brain injury, Huntington’s disease, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease and spinal injury. The large bedded centre offers personalised care within a quiet location with landscaped gardens and patio areas.

The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £16.50 per hour with great additional benefits such as a £1,000 welcome bonus, staff discounts and many more.

As a Registered Staff Nurse, you will be joining the Specialist Brain Injury and Neurological care service where you will be expected to:
• Participate with the multidisciplinary team in formulating care plans and utilising appropriate assessments
• Administer drugs and check preparations
• Provide assistance and clinical leadership in the induction/development and supervision of new and junior staff
• Regularly review risk factors and work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to update care plans where required
• Ensure that clinical practice is evidence based and consistent
• Liaise effectively with everyone that are actively involved in the care process, including carers and relatives to ensure an effective and integrated service is provided to the patients/relatives
• Protect vulnerable adults/children from internal/external factors and act as a patient advocate

You will need to be a qualified Registered RGN, RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current registration with NMC for this role with the ability to maintain professional standards of practice at all times. You will be flexible and adaptable, well organised and able to manage time and workload effectively. You’ll have the ability to motivate, lead and supervise a team and have a professional approach to customer care.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin.
